Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Alaric Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality, learner-centric training experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

2. Eligibility for Refund
  • Request made within 7 days of enrollment
  • Course progress is less than 20%
  • No certificate has been issued
  • The course is not a part of a discounted bundle or special offer
3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • If the learner has accessed more than 20% of the course
  • If the course was purchased at a discounted rate
  • If the course includes downloadable resources
  • Instructor-led/live cohort sessions once scheduled
4. Process to Request Refund

Send an email to support@alarictech.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Course Name
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for Refund

Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Courses may be canceled from your dashboard within 2 weeks of purchase if not yet accessed. Instructor-led session cancellations require at least 48-hour prior notice.
